Nudist spotted in Teluk Bahang?


BALIK PULAU - 18 so-called “naturists” which include four women are in trouble with the police for purportedly taking part in nude events at a beach in Teluk Bahang, Penang.

The five-minute video shows them in the nude participating in activities such as body painting, a relay race, a group crab-walk and a Gangnam Style dance.

The video titled “Penang Nude Sports Games 2014”, was shot at Teluk Kampi.

Penang police Chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Wira Abdul Rahim Hanafi said they were looking for the event organiser and the participants, who he believes could be foreigners.

According to him, Penang Perkasa had lodged a police report on the incident and Teluk Bahang PKR coordinator Halil Sabri Hamid together with Teluk Bahang Village Security and Development Committee chairman Mohd Zul Amin also lodged police reports.

Justin, one of the participants claimed that he was informed by a park ranger regarding the event before they went to a hut and stripped off their clothes.
According to The Star, it is reported that the participants took pictures of each other in the nude, danced with one another and camped for the night.

The clip was uploaded to video-sharing website Vimeo about two months ago by someone using the name Albert Yam but it was taken down sometime before 2pm yesterday.

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the state government was not aware of the event and investigation is going on.
